Absolutely a fantastic sauce! Not only is it a perfect match with the fish balls, but it also works amazingly for fried rice or as a soup base for noodles!

It has the classic taste of a pork chop rice dish from a Hong Kong cha chaan teng. The portion of the pork chop isn’t big, but the side dishes are quite a lot, perfect for one person to enjoy.

This tastes so much better than Hong Kong’s TamJai! The sauce is incredibly delicious, highly recommended!

The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water! The pork was braised beautifully, with layers of fat and lean meat blending together in a heavenly way. Paired with steamed rice, it was an absolute treat.
