How is the food processed, packaged, and prepared for eating?
All our food is fully cooked, cooled, vacuum-sealed, and frozen. Simply defrost and heat the meals before eating for a quick and delicious meal.
How is the food delivered?
Your order will be shipped in a frozen state, packaged in insulated freezer bags to maintain low temperatures and ensure safe delivery in frozen condition.
How should I store the food after receiving it?
All food should be placed in the freezer immediately upon receipt to maintain freshness.
How long can I store the food in the freezer?
We recommend consuming your food within one month of purchase to enjoy the best quality and flavor.
Does the package include rice or noodles?
No, the package does not include rice or noodles. The rice or noodles shown in product photos are serving suggestions only.
What is the shipping cost if my order is under £68?
The minimum order amount is £35. If your order is less than £68, a shipping fee of £7.5 will apply. Orders over £68 qualify for free shipping.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes, we deliver to Northern Ireland. Your order will arrive in the same frozen, insulated packaging to ensure the food remains fresh.
