Satay Beef wasn't really my favourite dish when I was living in HK 30+ years ago. But I ordered this to go with instant noodles for lunch on my WFH days and it's absolutely delicious. The beef is tender and the aroma so flavourful. It's definitely on my reorder list. And thank you for setting up the shop. It's been a long wait but better late than never.
