Preserved Potherb Mustard and Pork 雪菜肉絲 (Suet Choi Yuk Si)

Reheat in the Pouch — No Need to Defrost

Remove the label from the outside of the food pouch. Keep the pouch sealed.

Place the unopened pouch in boiling water. Once the water returns to the boil, maintain a gentle boil and heat for approximately 10 minutes, until the pork and sauce are piping hot throughout. Carefully remove the pouch and cut it open.

Serve with Rice Vermicelli or Noodles

Cook rice vermicelli or other noodles separately, add hot broth as desired, then top with the heated preserved mustard, pork and sauce. Mix to serve.

The food is already seasoned. Taste before adding instant noodle seasoning or other seasonings to avoid making the soup too salty.

Rice vermicelli, noodles and broth are not included.
