• Orders under £68: Delivery fee of £7.5 applies.
• Minimum order value: £35.

Delivery Time
We operate on a pre-order basis. To ensure the optimum quality of our frozen products, we only dispatch orders from Monday to Thursday (excluding Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays). Orders are shipped using Next Day Delivery by DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Frozen Meal Storage
Our vacuum-sealed meals should be kept frozen. Please note that a certain degree of defrosting during transit is normal and does not affect food safety. We recommend placing them in the freezer immediately upon receipt and consuming them within 1 month after purchase.

Delivery Areas
We deliver across the UK. Unfortunately, due to import and customs restrictions, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, international destinations, or the Channel Islands.

Order Cancellation or Refund
No refunds are accepted after delivery unless there’s a quality issue.
