We select top-grade beef tendon and gently braise it for hours in our house-made Hong Kong–style master stock. Infused with star anise, cinnamon, aged citrus peel and over ten aromatic spices, the beef tendon becomes beautifully soft, bouncy, and full of flavour. Rich but never greasy, it pairs perfectly with rice and noodles.

Cooking Instruction

Remove all packaging and steam from frozen for 15 minutes, until hot in the centre.
