Pork tongue is a protein-rich ingredient. The meat is tender and not greasy. The refreshing pork tongue is specially prepared, marinated and served with spicy chilli sauce. It does make everyone salivate.

Cooking Instruction

Serve in Cold
The food served in cold dishes requires 24 hours to defrost, by putting the food pouch from the freezer to the refrigerator at least 24 hours but not longer than 3 days before serving.

Serve in Hot
Remove all packaging and steam from frozen for 10-15 minutes until thoroughly heated up.
