Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables is a traditional Hakka dish. The cooking process is complicated. The process of steaming, boiling, stewing, and frying takes more than 3 hours. The steamed pork belly melts in your mouth after the cooking process. It also soaks up the savory and delicious sauce of preserved vegetables. It is definitely the first choice to serve it with rice.

Cooking Instruction

After defrosting, put the Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables into a suitable container and steam for 15 minutes. You may also serve it with rice according to your own preference.
