Cooking Instruction: Hong Kong Style Milk Tea 港式奶茶

Suggested brewing method:
1. Put a tea bag together with 200ml of hot water into the pot/heating appliance, and boil it up over low heat.
2. After the water boils up, turn off the heat, cover and bake the tea with a lid for 10 minutes.
3. Pour about 40-50ml of evaporated milk (can be adjusted according to your own taste) to a teacup.
4. After baking the tea, boil up the tea again. Pour the tea to the teacup with evaporated milk and mix them up.
5. Add the sugar according to your own taste. The concentration of tea and evaporated milk can also be adjusted according to your own taste.
